Allotment competition

Each year Woking Borough Council organises a competition between Woking's allotment holders. All nine allotment sites are automatically entered into the Tunis Cup for the best allotment site in the Borough. Each allotment society also nominates up to three plots for each of the following four categories:

Ted Smith Shield - Best cultivated allotment in the Borough.

Leam Challenge Shield - Best newly cultivated plot.

Ashley Slocock - Best allotment cultivated by a lady.

Benstead Scroll - Best allotment cultivated by an over 70.

Judging takes place in July and all winners and judges are invited to a presentation evening in September along with the winners of Woking in Bloom.
